We only offer refunds for purchased stores based on the following reasons:
1.) The development of the store is late and you no longer wish to wait.*
2.) There were development errors made on the store.
In both of these cases, we will offer something as an apology, this can be marketing material, content to grow your brand or a partial refund. If you decide to continue with your store but feel you deserve some kind of compensation based on the reasons listed above, we'll be happy to give one of the above extras..
